Registering with WiseClub costs a one-time ₹199, paid securely through Razorpay. This fee covers reviewing your registration and keeping our builder and investor-network records accurate — it is a registration fee, not a deposit, application charge, or part payment toward anything else.
Registering is not an application outcome, an offer, or a guarantee — it does not promise acceptance as a builder, a sponsorship award, allocation in the investor network, or any investment, return, or exit outcome. Nothing on the WiseClub site is investment advice or an offer of securities. Membership and any investment-related activity open only once legally reviewed and formally announced.
The ₹199 registration fee is non-refundable. This applies regardless of the outcome of your registration — including if your venture or application is not taken forward, or if you decide not to continue with WiseClub after registering.
The one exception is a genuine payment error — for example, being charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical fault. Write to connect@wiseclub.ai and we'll look into it.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. WiseClub does not store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles this in line with its own security and compliance standards.
